Access Control
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only, with role-based permissions.
Data Minimization
We process only the data required to execute discount logic and app functionality. We do not maintain independent customer profiles.
Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is protected using infrastructure-level safeguards provided by our hosting providers.
Infrastructure Security
Our systems are hosted on reputable cloud providers with built-in security controls, monitoring, and regular updates.
Monitoring and Logging
We monitor system activity and errors to detect and respond to potential issues.
Backups and Reliability
Where applicable, backups and recovery processes are in place to support service continuity.
Incident Response
We maintain procedures to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents. Affected parties will be notified where required.
Shopify Ecosystem
AIOD operates within Shopify's infrastructure. Sensitive payment and checkout data is handled directly by Shopify and is not processed by AIOD.
